Q:   How Does Alarm Monitoring Work?

The signal is relayed by a high tech computer, which sorts this information to alert the operator of an alarm at your particular premises. Immediate action is taken in accordance to the type of alarm (burglary, fire, panic, medical, etc.) and in compliance with the clients specific requirements.

Q:   What Happens When The Telephone Line Is Cut?

A:   Standby Security Services offers clients an alternative method of monitoring called Securitel. Securitel maintains a constant link between your security system and the 24 Hour Grade 1, Monitoring Station. If your telephone line is cut, Securitel automatically notifies the Monitoring Station within seconds, ensuring immediate action is taken.
